JEWELRY RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns for some of our Jewelry pieces  within 7 days after your order has been delivered. 

To qualify for return our jewelry has to be in original packaging box or pouch it comes in and in unused original condition.We do not refund amount you paid for shipping . We only refund cost of item. We do not offer cost for return shipping. If a customer US customer wishes to return, customer has to cover return shipping and ship return with a valid tracking number. After we have received the return your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

There will be no returns for Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Jewelry Orders will be processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days with USPS , UPS or FedEx . Delivery times estimate can be subject to delays depending on carrier.

We will Notify you along the way. Our estimate for US shoppers is usually 2-7 business days . And for international shoppers about 6-14 business days. All orders are shipped directly from the United States, you may be subject to customs, duties and taxes fees based on your country. Items can only be shipped to a billing address . 

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. International returns are valid for store credit only as we are not able to facilitate exchanges for international orders at the moment. International shoppers if they want to return will pay fro their return shipping with a valid tracking number . We will issue you ba store credit after we have received the order.

We make the best efforts to ensure that we inspect all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare but unfortunate case of your item arriving damaged, please email us at care@zackmelia.com with an order number and photos of the damaged piece please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Any claims made after 24 hours for wrong items not be accepted. 
We do Not Accept Returns on Sale items Please take a good look at your shipping address and make sure it correct before you pay . We cannot cancel order once it is placed .

 

 LEATHER AND FUR RETURN POLICY 

 Please follow the measurements table given on each leather and fur coat . We recommend you to measure and add about 5 to 10 inches just in case you need to layer. Our leather is 100% real sheepskin leather , lambskin or real suede leather . Our goal is for you to have leather pieces that can last you a lifetime to pass down to your child in future . We recommend professional maintenance only. Our fur is 100% Fox fur, Shearling or sheepskin.

Our leather and fur coats can be returned for store credit within 7 days after order has been received. It will take 6-10 business days for our leather and fur coat orders to be processed and will take an estimate of 2-7 business days for our shipping carrier to deliver to customers in the US . For our international customers it will take an estimate of 6-14 business days for carrier to deliver your order.

ALL HAIR ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE . NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES 

Our Hair Orders which includes Remy Human Hair Wigs, Clip Ins,Tape Ins are Final Sale with no refunds or exchange.
Hair Orders placed will take 5-8 business days to process. Shipping time is subject to delays depending on carrier but with good estimate most carrier will deliver with 3- 7 business days for US customers .For international shoppers, all orders are delivered within 6-10 business days.
This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply. All international customers are responsible for customs duties. We make sure to take our own sample pics of an example of the wig you’ll receive. Orders will be shipped with USPS, UPS, Fedex and will require your signature upon delivery. Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf .
We will provide shipping cost to send the hair back to us. In a rare instance that we make a mistake with your order please contact us via email at care@zackmelia.com so we can fix our mistake 
Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled 
Please be sure to read the frontal and wig size.
If your wig is too big or small you won’t be able to exchange it. We do not cancel orders once it is placed please make sure your address and order is correct before you pay 

You are completely responsible for your all import duties, customs and local taxes designated by your country and region.

The grand total of your order as displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

We are not responsible for package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case, the customer should reach to carrier to file a claim immediately.
